About Michael Chavira

Chavira and Stauber have made it their aim to collaborate with their clients in order to find the most effective solutions to their difficulties. Axiologic Solutions was founded by Chavira with the purpose of focusing on the human element of complicated engineering systems. Axiologic Solutions is one of Northern Virginia's most accomplished and renowned engineering consultants, having worked closely with subject matter experts, developed prototypes, and listened to their clients' demands.

Chavira was in the forefront of a successful acquisition of Knowledge Link, a Herndon, VA-based intelligence services company, in December 2020. With the acquisition, the corporation nearly doubled in size. Chavira and Stauber successfully finalized their second acquisition in April of 2022. Axiologic Solutions has acquired Data Intelligence Technologies, a Tysons Corner, Virginia-based firm that will bring a new client base and capabilities to the company.

 

Axiologic Solutions today employs over 300 people, and the company has no intention of slowing down. Axiologic Solutions and Chavira are planning a third purchase to help them address their clients' most difficult technical difficulties.

Axiologic Solutions has a number of honors to its name, including the Small and Emerging Advisory Contractors Forum's (SECAF) 2018 Government Contractor of the Year Award, and the award-winning Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), A Washington Technology "Fast 50" company in 2015, 2016, 2018, and 2019, A Washington Business Journal 75 Fastest Growing Companies company in 2018 and 2019, as well as a Virginia Fantastic 50 company in 2019 and 2020.
